I've provided church leadership as a volunteer, paid staff and ordained PCUSA minister. I have overseen worship services--from planning to preaching to picking hymns. I've provided pastoral care, planned VBS, taught Sunday school for 3-year-olds and 93-year olds. I've conducted weddings and funerals, talked theology with young adults and created websites.

After graduating from college, I spent five years working in Pittsburgh radio as a talk show producer, news writer and reporter for various stations including KDKA, WSHH and WJPA. I also spent time flying in circles in an airplane over the city of Pittsburgh reporting on traffic to various radio stations.
I devoted several years to working with high school youth, both as a public school teacher and a church volunteer. In this capacity, I taught English, Video Production and directed several theatrical presentations.
